The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for assisting in the product development cycle for logistics planning and supply chain execution systems—from gathering requirements to writing specifications and shaping the ultimate software application. You will work directly with product managers and Manhattan customers to define requirements. And you will create specifications to be used by developers, project managers, quality assurance engineers, technical writers, and software architects in constructing a supply chain product.
As an Associate Business Analyst at Manhattan Associates, you will also be involved in training colleagues in sales, customer service, and the professional services team how to use and implement our products. The majority of the work related to this role is project-oriented.
