Associate Software Engineer

The Associate Software Engineer role at Manhattan Associates works with a team that includes developers, QA engineers, and product managers to improve the quality of our industry-leading supply chain solutions. Under limited supervision, successful candidates will, design, develop, code, test, and debug specialized systems and applications for our R&D group.

Associate Software Engineers must be excellent team players as well as strong individual contributors. Other responsibilities include the ability to prepare detailed specifications, document procedures and modifications, and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related field
• 1 year of Java and/or EJB development experience
• 1 year of object-oriented design and development or component-based development experience
• Knowledge of database systems (Oracle preferred)
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are a MUST
• Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Visa sponsorship may be available for this position
