Eddie Capel serves as Manhattan Associates' president and chief executive officer, and is a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Capel helped lead the company as president and chief operating officer prior to transitioning into his current role in January 2013. Previously, Mr. Capel served as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Mr. Capel brings more than 20 years of experience to overseeing supply chain organization strategy and operations. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in June 2000, Mr. Capel held various positions at Real Time Solutions (RTS), including chief operations officer and vice president, operations, where he led teams that supported the supply chain strategies of companies such as Walmart, Amazon.com and J.C. Penney. He also served as director, operations, with Unarco Automation, an Industrial Automation/Robotics systems integrator. Prior to joining Unarco, Mr. Capel worked as a project manager and system designer for ABB Robotics in the United Kingdom.

Dennis Story joined Manhattan Associates in March 2006 and serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Story was previously senior vice president of finance for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., a publicly traded financial services company, who merged with Certegy, a global payment processing company, where Mr. Story had been senior vice president of finance. Prior to Certegy, Mr. Story was CFO for NewRoads, Inc., a privately-owned logistics provider. This follows having served as senior vice president and corporate controller for Equifax. Mr. Story began his career as a certified public accountant for Coopers & Lybrand. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.

Linda Pinne joined Manhattan Associates in July 2005 and has served as senior vice president, global corporate controller and chief accounting officer since January 2016. Previously, Ms. Pinne served as vice president and corporate controller since January 2007 and controller- Americas since July 2005. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Pinne served as vice president of finance for InterCept Payment Solutions, the payment processing division of InterCept, Inc., a publicly traded financial services company, from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Pinne was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen. Ms. Pinne is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from Wake Forest University.

Sanjeev Siotia serves as Manhattan Associates’ senior vice president and chief technology officer, responsible for driving the technology strategy and vision for the company. He brings more than 24 years of experience in conceptualizing and delivering market-leading products in the omni-channel and supply chain application space. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in August 2014, Mr. Siotia worked as entrepreneur-in-residence for Charles River Ventures (CRV), as well as held several executive leadership positions at IBM, Sterling Commerce and Yantra Corporation. Mr. Siotia holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi, India.

Bruce Richards is senior vice president and chief legal officer for Manhattan Associates. He joined the company in August 2011, and is responsible for Manhattan Associates' global legal matters as well as contract administration and the company's Corporate Code of Ethics. A business lawyer with an extensive corporate, transactional and regulatory background, Mr. Richards was a partner at Taylor English Duma, LLP prior to joining Manhattan Associates. Previously, Mr. Richards served as general counsel for publicly traded companies Telecredit, Equifax and Certegy, and also served as interim general counsel for Witness Systems. Mr. Richards received a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a J.D./M.B.A. from UCLA.

Terry Geraghty joined Manhattan Associates in January 2008 and serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. His responsibilities include executive, leadership and employee development; compensation and benefits; staffing; and all of the people aspects of acquisition integration. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates, Mr. Geraghty served as a principal consultant for Linkage; a global organizational development company. Prior to Linkage, Mr. Geraghty was with McKesson Corporation, where he was senior vice president of human resources for McKesson's 6,500-person Global Healthcare Information Technology business unit. Mr. Geraghty held a number of positions at Harris Corporation, where as director of human resources, he was responsible for quality and human resources. Mr. Geraghty holds a degree in Psychology from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, and a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Nicole O’Rourke serves as senior vice president and chief marketing officer and is responsible for marketing, analyst relations and communications. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in 2016, Ms. O'Rourke was chief marketing officer and a member of the executive council at Covance Inc., a global pharmaceutical development firm, where she led all aspects of marketing and strategic planning. Following the company’s acquisition by Laboratory Corporation of America, Ms. O'Rourke led the commercial integration between the two companies, including sales, client services, sales operations and marketing. Prior to Covance, Ms. O’Rourke served at Aetna Inc., the health insurer, in leadership roles of increasing responsibility including vice president of advertising and brand management and vice president of member and brand strategy. She also spent more than seven years in product management roles at McNeil Consumer Products, a Johnson & Johnson company. Ms. O'Rourke has been a past local Board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters and Rebuilding Together, and has been a corporate trustee of the Marketing Science Institute. Ms. O’Rourke holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Cornell University and a master’s degree in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jeff Cashman serves as Manhattan Associates' senior vice president of business development. Mr. Cashman joined Manhattan Associates in January 2005 from MAPICS, a publicly traded company that specializes in enterprise resource planning software solutions for manufacturing companies, where he served as vice president and general manager of international operations. While at MAPICS, he also served as their vice president of professional services and chief marketing officer. Prior to MAPICS, Mr. Cashman held senior executive positions at Viewlocity, a supply-chain event management software solutions provider and as senior vice president of marketing and business development at McHugh Software (now Red Prairie). Mr. Cashman started his career with Accenture, where he spent more than a decade in their distribution/logistics software organization and supply chain strategy practices. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

Stewart Gantt is Manhattan Associates' senior vice president, Americas Professional Services. In this role he oversees all professional services activities for the Americas as well as cloud operations. Mr. Gantt is an experienced software executive with more than 21 years of operations experience in the supply chain industry. Mr. Gantt joined Manhattan Associates in July 1995 as a consultant and was promoted to his current position in 2011. During his long tenure at Manhattan Associates’, Mr. Gantt has played roles in numerous areas (R&D, Product Management, CSO), but the majority of his time has been working with clients in various services roles. Mr. Gantt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Bob Howell is Manhattan Associates' senior vice president, Americas. In this role he oversees sales and account management activities for the Americas. Mr. Howell is an experienced software executive with more than 13 years of sales and marketing experience in the supply chain industry. Mr. Howell joined Manhattan’s America’s sales organization in October 2006 as director of sales and was promoted to his current position in 2012. Prior to joining Manhattan, Mr. Howell served in various sales executive roles at Logility, Inc., a publicly traded provider of collaborative supply chain planning solutions, from 2000 until 2006. From 1995 to 2000, he was an Account Executive with Measurex, Inc., a provider of computer process control software and scanning sensors primarily for the pulp and paper industry that was acquired by Honeywell International. Mr. Howell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science and Engineering from Miami University.

Henri Seroux founded our Paris operation back in 2002 and now serves as senior vice president for EMEA. In this role, he oversees sales and operations from our offices in the U.K., France and the Netherlands, as well as for several GeoPartners located throughout the Nordics, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to his work at Manhattan Associates, Mr. Seroux ran his own retail consulting firm specializing in technology and logistics within supply chain. Prior to that, he was vice president of EMEA for Richter Systems (now Jesta), founding the Paris office in 1995 and serving some of Europe’s largest apparel and footwear retailers. Mr. Seroux’s retail expertise goes back more than 30 years across several verticals and several continents, including three years in the U.S. Mr. Seroux is a graduate of ESSEC Business School, with a Master of Science in Management.

Rob Thomas joined Manhattan Associates in August 2010 and serves as senior vice president of Manhattan’s global research and development organization. Mr. Thomas has over 25 years of enterprise software development experience, with a specific supply chain focus for the past 20 years. In this role, he oversees the design, development and release of Manhattan’s broad product portfolio. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates, Mr. Thomas held increasing levels of responsibility at IBM, Manugistics and JDA Software. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY New Paltz and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York.

Ushasri Tirumala joined Manhattan Associates’ India Development Centre Private Limited in February 2009 and has served as senior vice president and general manager since 2012. Prior to that, she was vice president and managing director of Manhattan Associates’ India operations. Before joining the company, Ms. Tirumala served as senior managing director (GDC-IT) of Cisco Systems (India) Private Limited, as managing director of Force Computers and as chief technology officer at Digital Globalsoft, a division of Compaq/HP. Ms. Tirumala has held various key positions with Indian and MNC companies. Her career focus areas have been technology management, strategy and enterprise applications. Additionally, Ms. Tirumala is the co-chair of Women’s Initiative Network at Manhattan Associates. Ms. Tirumala holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.
