Thomas Noonan is a founder of TechOperators, LLC, an early-stage technology investment firm, and has served as a partner since 2008. In 2013, Mr. Noonan was general manager of the energy management business of Cisco Systems. He also co-founded Endgame Security, served as the CEO and chairman of ISS Group, Inc., and served as vice president, sales and business development with TSI International, Inc. Mr. Noonan has also held high-level sales and marketing positions at Dun & Bradstreet Software.
He brings to the board many years of experience not only in senior management in the software industry but also in public company compensation plan design and implementation. Mr. Noonan received his mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech and his CSS in business administration and management from Harvard.
