ClientLogic will utilise the PkMS warehouse management system to provide global e-fulfilment for its clients
London - 17 July, 2000 - Manhattan Associates (Nasdaq: MANH) announced today that ClientLogic Corporation, an international provider of integrated customer relationship management services to e-commerce and technology companies, will utilise the PkMS warehouse management system to provide global e-fulfilment for its clients. ClientLogic offers its clients a range of solutions that include marketing, customer contact management and e-fulfilment services throughout Europe and North America. Manhattan Associates' extensive implementation experience includes over 750 installations worldwide. The company's experience will be leveraged when three of ClientLogic's distribution centres go live this summer. Manhattan Associates and ClientLogic will seamlessly integrate PkMS with the materials handling systems and Lawson order management software at the selected sites.
With PkMS' client configurator function, ClientLogic will be able to add new customers to each facility in one easy step. The advanced warehouse management system offers the flexibility to run one wave that allocates inventory for multiple customers within a single warehouse and generates the billing transactions necessary to invoice each individual customer. Additional PkMS functionally includes multi-lingual support, advanced order routing capabilities in which PkMS receives the order and determines the most appropriate facility to fulfil that order, and the ability to verify order and inventory statuses via the Web.
