Whirlpool Corporation is the largest appliance manufacturer in the world. It also services about 15,000 different retailers. It has 6,000 to 7,000 global suppliers, more than 40 worldwide manufacturing facilities that import and export products, 17 factory distribution centers, 15 regional distribution centers, and 87 local distribution centers. In many cases, Whirlpool also delivers directly to stores.
