Manhattan MET™: Method-based Education & Training is a proven and effective methodology for teaching and training our customers about supply chain software implementation, process development, daily operational procedures, production support, and change management strategies. Scalable to any need, we tailor our training and education curriculum to complement your specific business processes and personnel, so you achieve rapid adoption and results from our supply chain solutions and sustain long-term value.

Through instructor-led classes at your facilities or ours, computer-based training, or a combination of both, our certified technical trainers bring years of real-world knowledge and Supply Chain People expertise to every training engagement. They have in-depth experience working with companies like yours every day around the world to help them realize and maximize the return on investment each make in their supply chain.

Manhattan MET training and education programs can be delivered to your organization in two primary ways:

  • Solutions Training Courses: a comprehensive series of hands-on, instructor-led classes that provide a strong working knowledge of Manhattan solutions for your project teams. Join scheduled public courses at our corporate training facilities or schedule dedicated classroom training at your own location.
  • Web-Based Training (WBT) with Manhattan FastTrack™: highly customized end-user programs that convey information in your terminology, processes, and business environment delivered in an easily deployed WBT format to get your workforce up to speed quickly.
