Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH), today announced that Chemist Warehouse Retail Group, operator of the ‘Chemist Warehouse’ and ‘My Chemist’ branded pharmacies and one of Australia's largest retailers, has successfully deployed Manhattan’s Supply Chain Commerce Solutions to enable new supply chain processes and maximise service levels across its omni-channel pharmacy retail operations in Australia.
Chemist Warehouse Retail Group, which is a private family business, consists of Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist, My Beauty Spot, ePharmacy and the Discount Vitamin Warehouse. The Group operates more than 400 retail stores across Australia and boasts a strong online presence.
Chemist Warehouse Retail Group’s deployment of Manhattan’s solutions is a cornerstone of the company’s strategic initiative to enhance its omni and digital capabilities. Providing a comprehensive picture of product inventory across Chemist Warehouse Retail Group’s distribution network, the implementation has already transformed the company’s store inventory replenishment approach and streamlined its online order fulfilment process. This has resulted in greater product availability and improved overall service levels for customers.
