Just over a year after the introduction of Manhattan Active Omni, our enhanced Order Management System was named a leader in The Forrester Wave ™: Omnichannel Order Management Systems (OMS), Q3 2018 report.

Here are some highlights:
  • Evaluated across 40 criteria, Manhattan’s OMS earned the highest scores possible in 23 categories.
  • Manhattan received the highest score in the Strategy category – with the highest scores possible in Product Vision and Innovation Road Map.
  • Forrester also rated Manhattan among the highest Current Offering scores in key omnichannel capabilities, such as Order Channel Capabilities, Store Fulfillment, Order Orchestration, and Contact Center Capabilities.
  • The report noted Manhattan had the strongest offerings in Store Fulfillment capabilities, including endless aisle, BOPIS, and ship from store.
