Manhattan Associates Demonstrates Unified Platform for Omnichannel Operations at Shop.org

PHILADELPHIA and ATLANTA, October 06, 2015

Attendees of this year’s Shop.org Digital Summit will find a solution to this challenge in booth #608, where Manhattan Associates, Inc. Held October 5-7 in Philadelphia, the Shop.org Digital Summit is a multi-day event designed specifically for digital and omnichannel retailers.

The Manhattan Associates Omnichannel Operations Platform consists of a unified portfolio of Central (head office) and Local (store) solutions to assist retailers in realizing their omnichannel strategies and to get them closer to their customers. Omnichannel Central Solutions provide the infrastructure retailers need to build a highly adaptable omnichannel organization, and the product includes the company’s market-leading Distributed Order Management solution. Omnichannel Local Solutions, including POS and Clienteling, uniquely support all five critical responsibilities of the modern store associate: digitally connected selling, customer service, personalization, store fulfillment and operations management.
