Manhattan Point of Sale has been named a Strong Performer in the latest evaluation of point of service solutions by Forrester Research. After evaluating 13 vendors across 25 criteria spanning the areas of current offering, strategy and market presence, Forrester highlighted Manhattan Associates for delivering converged commerce and order management.
On the market for little more than a year, and part of the Manhattan ActiveTM Omni platform, Manhattan’s POS earned the highest possible rating in the criteria of:
- Endless aisle
- Pickup and delivery
- Social networking
