Pete Sinisgalli serves as Manhattan Associates' president and chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sinisgalli joined Manhattan Associates in March 2004 as president and chief operating officer, and assumed the role of chief executive officer in July 2004. Mr. Sinisgalli has more than 20 years of experience leading companies through periods of strong, profitable growth. Before joining Manhattan Associates, Mr. Sinisgalli spent a year at NewRoads, Inc., a privately held third-party fulfillment provider, where he held the position of president and chief executive officer. Prior to that, Mr. Sinisgalli spent six years at CheckFree Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed global leader in outsourced electronic processing services. His last position at CheckFree was president and chief operating officer. Mr. Sinisgalli spent 14 years at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where his last position was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Dun & Bradstreet Software. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA, both from Cornell University. |

Eddie Capel is Manhattan's executive vice president and chief operating officer, having previously served as executive vice president, global operations. Mr. Capel is responsible for worldwide strategic direction and quality execution across solution strategy, research and development, product management, professional services and customer support, and also leads Manhattan's EMEA and APAC regional operations. Mr. Capel brings more than 20 years of experience to overseeing supply chain organization strategy and operations. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in June 2000, Mr. Capel held various positions at Real Time Solutions (RTS), including chief operations officer and vice president, operations, where he led teams that supported the supply chain strategies of companies such as WalMart, Amazon.com and J.C. Penney. He also served as director, operations, with Unarco Automation, an Industrial Automation/Robotics systems integrator. Prior to joining Unarco, Mr. Capel worked as a project manager and system designer for ABB Robotics in the United Kingdom. |

Jeff Mitchell is Manhattan Associates' executive vice president, Americas. In this role he oversees sales and account management activities for the Americas. Mr. Mitchell has previously served as executive vice president - sales and marketing during 2004, as senior vice president - Americas sales beginning in February 2002, as senior vice president - North America Sales since May 1999, and in various sales management roles since joining Manhattan Associates in 1997. From 1995 until 1997, he was a sales representative for The Summit Group (now part of CIBER Enterprise Solutions), a provider of supply chain and ERP services. Prior to that, Mr. Mitchell served in various aspects of account management in the employer services division of ADP, providing outsourced payroll and human resources solutions. Mr. Mitchell graduated from the University of Indianapolis with Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and management in May 1991. |

Dennis Story joined Manhattan Associates in March 2006 and serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Story was previously senior vice president of finance for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., a publicly traded financial services company, who merged with Certegy, a global payment processing company, where Mr. Story had been senior vice president of finance. Prior to Certegy, Mr. Story was CFO for NewRoads, Inc., a privately-owned logistics provider. This follows having served as senior vice president and corporate controller for Equifax. Mr. Story began his career as a certified public accountant for Coopers & Lybrand. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. |

Jeff Baum has served as senior vice president, Asia Pacific, since January 2000. In this role he has led Manhattan Associates international expansion focusing in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Mr. Baum is currently focused on Asia Pacific growth and success. In addition, he also leads Manhattan Associates global efforts to better serve 3PL and Logistics Service Providers. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in 1998 as vice president, international business development, he served as vice president, sales and marketing, of Haushahn Systems & Engineers, a warehouse management systems and material handling automation provider. He began at Haushahn in 1992 and served in a number of account management roles. Mr. Baum began his career serving in a variety of engineering, business development, account management and marketing positions with Logisticon, Inc. and Hewlett-Packard. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering in 1984. |

Jeff Cashman serves as Manhattan Associates' senior vice president of business development. Mr. Cashman joined Manhattan Associates in January 2005 from MAPICS, a publicly traded company that specializes in enterprise resource planning software solutions for manufacturing companies, where he served as vice president and general manager of international operations. While at MAPICS, he also served as their vice president of professional services and chief marketing officer. Prior to MAPICS, Mr. Cashman held senior executive positions at Viewlocity, a supply-chain event management software solutions provider and as senior vice president of marketing and business development at McHugh Software (now Red Prairie). Mr. Cashman started his career with Accenture, where he spent more than a decade in their distribution/logistics software organization and supply chain strategy practices. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois. |

Terry Geraghty joined Manhattan Associates in January 2008 and serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. His responsibilities include executive, leadership and employee development; compensation and benefits; staffing; and all of the people aspects of acquisition integration. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates, Mr. Geraghty served as a principal consultant for Linkage; a global organizational development company. Prior to Linkage, Mr. Geraghty was with McKesson Corporation, where he was senior vice president of human resources for McKesson's 6,500-person Global Healthcare Information Technology business unit. Mr. Geraghty held a number of positions at Harris Corporation, where as director of human resources, he was responsible for quality and human resources. Mr. Geraghty holds a degree in Psychology from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, and a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. |

Bruce Richards is senior vice president and chief legal officer for Manhattan Associates. He joined the company in August 2011, and is responsible for Manhattan Associates' global legal matters as well as contract administration and the company's Corporate Code of Ethics. A business lawyer with an extensive corporate, transactional and regulatory background, Mr. Richards was a partner at Taylor English Duma, LLP prior to joining Manhattan Associates. Previously, Mr. Richards served as general counsel for publicly traded companies Telecredit, Equifax and Certegy, and also served as interim general counsel for Witness Systems. Mr. Richards received a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a J.D./M.B.A. from UCLA. |

Steve Smith joined Manhattan Associates in October 2004 and now serves as senior vice president, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Prior to joining Manhattan Associates, Mr. Smith served as EMEA General Manager - Strategic Solutions, for SSA Global having supported the development and growth of Dallas Systems and EXE Technologies before their subsequent acquisition by SSA Global. Mr. Smith has over 20 years of supply chain experience in consulting services and account management and began his career serving in a number of engineering, research, business development and design positions at Dexion, Fleetwood Systems and Graseby Dynamics. |

Jonathan Colehower is Manhattan’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Mr. Colehower joined Manhattan Associates from McKinsey & Company in 2009 and has responsibility for formulating and executing the Company's global marketing strategy. Mr. Colehower has over 15 years of supply chain experience in management consulting and applications software. At McKinsey & Company, Mr. Colehower managed strategic consulting engagements primarily in the areas of supply chain planning and process manufacturing. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Colehower was president and chief executive officer at Optiant in Boston, MA and vice president, Worldwide Applications Marketing at Oracle. Mr. Colehower began his career at Accenture. He received his MBA from Vanderbilt University and bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond. |

John J. Huntz, Jr. has served as a director of Manhattan Associates since January 1999 and as chairman of the board of directors since May 2003. Mr. Huntz serves as executive director of Arcapita, a leading international investment firm. Until 2005, he was managing director of Fuqua Ventures, LLC, a private equity investment firm. From 1995 to 1998, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Fuqua Enterprises, Inc., a company that manufactures healthcare products, and as its senior vice president since March 1994. Mr. Huntz was managing partner from 1989 to 1994 of Noble Ventures International, Inc., a private international investment company. From 1984 to 1989, he held the position of director of capital resources for Arthur Young & Company. He was with Harrison Capital, Inc., a venture capital investment subsidiary of Texaco, Inc., from 1979 to 1984. Mr. Huntz founded and serves as president of the Atlanta Venture Forum, a risk capital network. He is a member of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies and the Southern Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies. |

Brian J. Cassidy has served as director of Manhattan Associates since 1998. Mr. Cassidy, co-founder of Webforia, has been directly involved in the software industry for thirty years. He began his career as a system programmer in 1970 and joined Smith Kline Beecham in 1972, where he worked as a mathematician on the world-class team that developed the drug Tagamet. From 1974 to 1980, he designed and led the delivery of large database applications as project director for a Danish Systems Engineering Company, whose major clients included the European Space Agency and the governments of Kuwait, Egypt and Peru. In 1980, Mr. Cassidy co-founded Oracle Corporation Europe and managed it for ten years. He was Oracle MVP in 1986. In 1990, he began investing in startup technology companies such as Netwise, which was later sold to Microsoft and Saros. Mr. Cassidy is on the board of several successful Internet companies, contributing to their exploitation of the large European market place. |

Dan J. Lautenbach has served as a director of Manhattan Associates since October 2007. Mr. Lautenbach is an enterprise software veteran with nearly 30 years of executive management experience working with global enterprise organizations. During his 28-year career at IBM, Mr. Lautenbach led many key initiatives, ultimately rising to serve as vice president of worldwide software sales for IBM's Software Group. In this role, he was responsible for managing more than 8,000 employees and four separate software businesses including Tivoli, DB2, Websphere and Lotus. Selling upward of $10 billion in software products annually, Mr. Lautenbach consistently grew IBM's software revenues by double digits each year. Mr. Lautenbach also served as Chairman of the Board of Singalab LTD, a Singapore-based joint venture with IBM, focused on software application and solution development in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Lautenbach holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Cincinnati. |

Thomas E. Noonan has served as a director of Manhattan Associates since January 1999. Mr. Noonan is President and CEO of JouleX, a leading innovator in sustainable energy management systems for the enterprise. Mr. Noonan has served as the president and as a director of ISS Group, Inc., a provider of network security monitoring, detection and response software, since August 1995, and as its chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors since November 1996. Prior to joining ISS Group, Inc., he served as vice president, sales and business development with TSI International, Inc., an electronic commerce company, from October 1994 until August 1995. From November 1989 until October 1994, Mr. Noonan held high-level sales and marketing positions at Dun & Bradstreet Software, a developer of enterprise business software. |

Deepak Raghavan, a founder of Manhattan Associates, has served as a director since February 1998. Mr. Raghavan conceptualized, designed and developed Manhattan Associates' PkMS® solution - the industry's first "packaged" supply chain execution system. From 1987 until 1990, Mr. Raghavan was a senior software engineer for Infosys Technologies Limited, a software development company, where he specialized in the design and implementation of information systems for the apparel manufacturing industry. He received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi and has an MBA from Georgia State University. |
