Eric Clark serves as Manhattan Associates' president and chief executive officer and is a member of the board of directors. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Eric has a strong track record of driving innovation, digital transformation, and business growth. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates, Eric served as CEO of NTT DATA North America, where he led the launch of new, integrated solutions. As chief digital & strategy officer at NTT DATA Services, he spearheaded the company’s digital portfolio strategy, overseeing the development of cutting-edge insights and capabilities to help clients navigate IT modernization and digital transformation.
 
Earlier in his career, Eric held senior leadership roles at ServiceNow, Dell, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Ernst & Young, and Bank of America, where he played a key role in shaping global technology strategies and driving enterprise innovation. With extensive international experience, he has led global technology companies while living in Singapore and London, bringing a deep understanding of diverse markets and cross-cultural leadership.
 
He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. 

 Jess is the first Australian dual summer and winter Paralympic medallist, Australia’s first female winter Paralympic medallist and an Australian representative across 4 sports. These experiences speak for themselves but it’s her ability to bring the authenticity of these experiences on and off the sporting field and create synergy with her audience that is unique.

Mark Visser is an Australian big wave surfer, author, keynote speaker, mindset coach, founder of The Ocean Warrior and the 2014/15 Big Wave paddle in champion. Mark made history by surfi ng one of the world’s biggest waves at Jaws (Pe’ahi), Maui, in total darkness. A true world fi rst achievement, known globally as Night Rider. Marks feats are not only about surfi ng, but adventure, exploration and staying connected as a team under extreme pressure.

For the past 13 years Mark has been a mindset coach to some of the world’s most successful individuals and organisations. Working as a personal coach for world champion Kelly Slater, Australian SAS, US Navy Seals, Olympic athletes, sporting teams and business professionals. He specialises in emotional intelligence and helping individuals connect to their ultimate self.
