ABC Fine Wine & Spirits toasts implementation of Manhattan’s Warehouse Management 2010
ABC Fine Wine & Spirits has grown to become America’s largest private spirits retailer with approximately 150 locations in Florida, a private delivery fleet, a 200,000 square foot distribution centre, and an Internet fulfillment centre. The company has achieved its success by using Manhattan’s Supply Chain Process Platform to adapt to change, optimizing its inventory operations with Warehouse Management and becoming an active Product Council member.
With a goal to increase efficiency of warehouse IT operations, ABC needed to eliminate as many customized functions as possible from its WMS. By participating in Manhattan’s Product Council, ABC not only shared insights with other Manhattan clients, the firm was instrumental in contributing to the development of key enhancements to Manhattan’s Warehouse Management 2010, including mix-to-putaway functionality, improved upgrade processing tool and web-based dashboard.
