Eddie Capel is de president en chief executive officer van Manhattan Associates en hij is lid van de raad van bestuur. In deze functies had hij de leiding over teams die de supply chain strategieën ondersteunden van ondernemingen zoals Walmart, Amazon.com en J.C. Penney. Hij was tevens director operations bij Unarco Automation, een system integrator van industriële automatiserings- en robotics-systemen. Voordat de heer Capel voor Unarco kwam werken, was hij projectmanager en systeemontwerper bij ABB Robotics in het Verenigd Koninkrijk

Ed Eger III is van december 2013 tot en met januari 2017 president en chief executive officer van OANDA Corporation geweest. OANDA Corporation is een erkend wereldleider op het gebied van vreemde valutahandel, informatie, inzichten en corporate oplossingen voor cross-border betalingen. Voordat de heer Eger in 2013 in dienst kwam bij OANDA, was hij lid van het leadershipteam bij PayPal waar hij general manager was voor Noord- en Zuid-Amerika. Vóór PayPal werkte de heer Eger als chief executive officer voor Citigroup's international cards business. Daarvoor heeft de heer Eger ervaring opgedaan in business managementfuncties binnen Advanta, Standard Chartered Bank, Wells Fargo Bank en McKinsey & Company. De heer Eger heeft zijn bachelordiploma behaald aan het Claremont McKenna College en zijn MBA op de Harvard Business School.

Linda T. Hollembaek is retired senior vice president, integration management officer of Lexmark International, a global provider of innovative imaging solutions and services. Ms. Hollembaek served in that role from 2016 until 2017. From 1999 to 2016, she served in other management positions with Lexmark, including vice president, global supply chain operations, and vice president, general manager of world-wide services operations. From 1996 to 1999, Ms. Hollembaek served as vice president, sales and operations, North America, at Danka Services International, a supplier of office imaging equipment and related services, parts, and supplies. Prior to that, she held various management positions with Eastman Kodak and last served as Vice president, sales and operations, North America. Ms. Hollembaek brings expertise to the Board on supply chain management, corporate transformation, international operations, and Asia-Pacific markets. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley University and her MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.

John J. Huntz, Jr. has served as a director of Manhattan Associates since January 1999 and as chairman of its board of directors since May 2003. Mr. Huntz also serves as managing director of Huntz & Co., LLC, a venture investment and advisory firm. He is a board member of the American Heart Association, the Piedmont Hospital Foundation, and Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures at Georgia Tech. Mr. Huntz founded and is chairman of the Southern Capital Forum, and is an advisor to Balentine, a wealth management firm. From 2005 to 2013, Mr. Huntz served as executive director, Venture Capital Investments, of Arcapita, Inc., and from 2009 – 2013, served as its president. From 2006 until 2010, Mr. Huntz served as chairman of the board and member of the audit committee of CardioMEMS, Inc., the designer of a heart failure monitoring system. Mr. Huntz’ previous positions included that of executive vice president and chief operating officer of Fuqua Enterprises, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of healthcare products. Mr. Huntz also has had principal or senior management positions with several private investment firms. He also is past chairman of the Georgia Logistics Innovation Council.

Charles E. Moran is retired Chairman and CEO of Skillsoft Corporation, a leading global provider of cloud-based learning and talent management solutions. Mr. Moran held those positions from 1998 to 2015 and remained on as Chairman from 2015 to 2016. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Moran served as the President and CEO of NETg, a subsidiary of National Education Corporation, and a provider of computer-based training for IT professionals. Prior to that, he served in various executive and business management capacities for software and other high tech companies, including as the COO and CFO of SoftDesk, president of Sytron Corp, vice president of sales and marketing of Insite Peripherals, and management positions with Archive Corporation, Florida Data, and Hamilton-Avnet Corporation. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Moran served on the board at Higher One, Inc., a leading payment technology provider for higher education, and from 1997 to 2001, he served on the board at Workgroup Technology. Mr. Moran brings expertise to the board on digital transformation, cloud and SaaS business models, and cybersecurity. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in General Management from Boston College and his MBA from Suffolk University.

Thomas E. Noonan is sinds januari 1999 directeur van Manhattan Associates. Mr. Noonan is president en CEO van JouleX, een toonaangevende innovator in sustainable energy management systems voor bedrijven. De heer Noonan was vanaf augustus 1995 president en directeur van ISS Group, Inc. Dit bedrijf levert bewakings-, detectie- en reactiesoftware voor netwerkbeveiliging. In november 1996 promoveerde de heer Noonan tot chief executive officer en voorzitter van de raad van bestuur bij dit bedrijf. Voordat hij in dienst kwam bij ISS Group, Inc., werkte hij van oktober 1994 tot augustus 1995 als vicepresident sales en business development bij het e-commercebedrijf TSI International, Inc. Van november 1989 tot oktober 1994 had de heer Noonan high-level verkoop- en marketingfuncties bij Dun & Bradstreet Software, een bedrijf dat enterprise business software ontwikkelt.

Deepak Raghavan, een van de oprichters van Manhattan Associates, heeft sinds februari 1998 als directeur gediend. De heer Raghavan bedacht, ontwierp en ontwikkelde Manhattan Associates' PkMS®-oplossing—het allereerste 'packaged supply chain execution' systeem in de industrie. Dr. Raghavan was van 1987 tot 1990 senior software-engineer bij het software developmentbedrijf Infosys Technologies Limited, waar hij zich specialiseerde in het ontwerpen en implementeren van informatiesystemen voor de kledingproductiesector. Hij behaalde zijn bachelordiploma in weg- en waterbouwkunde aan het technologie-instituut in New Delhi in India, een MBA van Georgia State University en een PhD. in astronomie van de Georgia State University waar hij momenteel dient als adjunct-professor.
