Our performance management program, MPOWER, empowers our team members to drive their careers and gain meaningful feedback. Through automated feedback tools and one-on-one meetings with leaders, our MPOWER Connections, have resulted in over 6,000 meaningful discussions in 2021. Lifelong learning is important to our team members and we have provided opportunities and resources that resulted in 65,000 hours of learning in 2021.

We encourage our team members to be actively involved in their ongoing health and well-being. We apply a global view that considers all team members in all countries when designing benefit programs while taking local laws, regulations, customs and practices into consideration. As a people-first employer, Manhattan Associates believes that both well-being and mental health awareness are important issues that we not only recognise, but actively support.

In 2021 we added Talkspace, a leading provider of tele-mental health services, as a new resource to be available to all team members and their dependents (age 13 or older). Talkspace is a digital platform with convenient access to a fully-credentialed network of highly qualified providers.
