David's Bridal Improves On-Time Delivery and Increases Revenue

When David’s Bridal needed help managing orders through its entire supply chain, the wedding retailer looked to Manhattan Associates. In this Portrait in Leadership video, David’s Bridal executives discuss how the company was able to improve its monthly on-time delivery from 65% - 70% to 98% - 99% on a regular basis, reduce overall cycle time between 20% and 25%, save 20% per piece on direct labour cost in the distribution centre, and lower overall logistics costs even after adding a second warehouse facility. After the implementation they saw a 4% increase in annual revenue.
