This Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) – Manager Training course is designed for warehouse supervisors, managers, leads, and anyone who needs advanced navigation skills and basic troubleshooting in Manhattan Active WM.

Participants learn how to navigate the core UI and WM Mobile, understand key configuration elements (such as condition and reason codes), and see how Manhattan Active WM tracks inventory across locations, iLPNs, pallets, and inner packs. The course follows the full warehouse lifecycle, from inbound receiving and putaway through outbound order planning, picking, packing, shipping, and yard management.

Through guided demos, hands-on activities in a live training environment, quizzes, and an optional end-to-end inventory exercise, attendees practice using system tools, status codes, and summary logs to monitor operations and quickly resolve common issues. The class concludes with open Q&A to address site specific questions about navigation and troubleshooting.
