Bruce Richards is senior vice president and chief legal officer for Manhattan Associates. He joined the company in August 2011 and is responsible for Manhattan Associates' global legal matters as well as contract administration and the company's Corporate Code of Ethics. A business lawyer with an extensive corporate, transactional, and regulatory background, Mr. Richards was a partner at Taylor English Duma, LLP prior to joining Manhattan Associates.
Previously, Mr. Richards served as general counsel for publicly traded companies Telecredit, Equifax, and Certegy, and also served as interim general counsel for Witness Systems. Mr. Richards received a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a J.D./M.B.A. from UCLA.
