This includes brand and communications, product and solution marketing, demand generation and pipeline creation, and the operating cadence that aligns marketing with business priorities. A three-time CMO with more than 20 years of experience, Foote is a people-first leader who's passionate about building enduring brands and resilient revenue engines in an AI-native age—bringing clarity to complex stories and translating strategy into measurable growth.
Most recently, Foote served as Chief Marketing Officer at CaptivateIQ, where she led an integrated marketing and business development organization and owned the company’s pipeline target end-to-end. In this role, she partnered closely with executive leadership and the board, bringing market insight into strategic decisions. Prior to CaptivateIQ, Foote served as Chief Marketing Officer at Drift, leading marketing through a pivotal phase of growth and transition. Earlier in her career, she spent more than seven years at Salesforce during a period of hypergrowth, holding a variety of marketing leadership roles across all products and geographies, experience that shaped her full-stack approach to modern B2B marketing, from category narrative and product storytelling to demand generation and operational rigor.
Foote holds a BA in English from DePauw University and resides in Zionsville, Indiana, with her husband and three children.
