Sébastien Lefebure is Senior Vice President for EMEA at Manhattan Associates, where he is responsible for driving regional growth, aligning go-to-market strategy, and strengthening executive-level relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With more than 20 years of experience at Manhattan Associates, Sébastien brings deep expertise across services, sales, and large-scale digital transformation. He has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in EMEA, supporting global retailers and manufacturers as they modernise supply chain and commerce operations through cloud-native and unified solutions.
Sébastien began his career at Steria before joining Manhattan Associates in 2003. Over the course of his tenure, he has held multiple leadership roles, including Professional Services Director France, and executive sponsor of complex transformation programs spanning Warehouse Management (WMS) and Omnichannel Order Management (OMS). Appointed as Sales Director France in 2014, Managing Director for Southern Europe in 2019 and Vice President Continental Europe in 2024, Sébastien expanded Manhattan’s regional footprint and accelerated enterprise adoption of next-generation technologies.
In his current role, he works closely with global leadership to align regional execution with Manhattan Associates’ long-term strategy, while helping customers navigate increasingly complex, fast-changing supply chain and commerce environments. Sébastien is a graduate of KEDGE Business School and is recognised for his collaborative leadership style and strong customer focus.
