Greg Betz serves as Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Associates, where he drives cloud growth and operational scale through programs that accelerate customer success, secure renewals, and expand the global partner ecosystem. With more than two decades of experience leading complex global organizations, Greg brings a proven track record of operational excellence and strategic execution.
Before joining Manhattan in 2025, Greg led Microsoft’s global cloud onboarding organization, FastTrack—a flagship program enabling enterprise customers to adopt Microsoft cloud solutions—composed of nearly 1,000 engineers across 35 countries. Previously, Greg held senior leadership roles at NTT Data Services, including Senior Vice President of Data Intelligence & Automation, Senior Vice President of Product Portfolio, and Chief Automation Officer, as well as leadership positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millsaps College and has served on the Board of Directors for United Way Panama and as CIO for The Samaritan Inn.
