Focusing on the cross-channel call center and the in-store order entry portion of Manhattan’s momentum building order lifecycle management product, this course blends instructor-led training and hands-on activities. Preconfigured data is used to demonstrate key functions and practical business uses of the solution. Topics include capturing and modifying an order using services such as pricing, promotion, tax calculation, payment authorization, settlement, sales posting and customer master, as well as the necessary configuration for these services.
