Manhattan Agent Foundry™

Starting in the Fall of 2025, Manhattan Agent Foundry, the same solution used by Manhattan teams to build and deploy agents, will be universally available to every Manhattan Active subscription holder.

Agent Foundry is where users can access any of the commercial and reference agents Manhattan will release. But it is also where Manhattan Active customers and their partners can build their own agents, quickly and easily.

With Agent Foundry, developers can use an existing agent as a template, or build a new one from scratch, creating their own, autonomous secret sauce.

What is Agentic AI?

Agentic AI is a type of artificial intelligence that focuses on building autonomous systems capable of making decisions and acting independently, with minimal human intervention. These systems, often referred to as AI agents, are designed to achieve specific goals by interacting with data and tools, and they can adapt and learn over time.

An agent is a specialized software entity, powered by large language models (LLM), that can autonomously coordinate multi-step actions using the tools available to it. But unlike traditional software, an agent can make decisions and take actions while adapting in real-time to achieve its assigned goals.

Google Agentspace Compatible

Google Agentspace is an AI hub to find information, automate tasks, and build/leverage AI agents for various workflows. It also includes AI Agent Marketplace, where Manhattan agents will be published and can be connected to agents from over 3000 other software vendors, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP. Additionally, all Manhattan agents will support A2A and MCP protocols for agent-to-agent cooperation.
