Momentum 2025 kicked off in Vegas with big energy and even bigger ideas, all under the theme “New Horizons.”
Agentic AI, unification, and bold partnerships took center stage as we rolled out game-changing innovations and spotlighted customers reshaping their supply chain and omnichannel commerce with cloud-native technology, AI, and trusted collaboration.
Introducing Our New Leader
Eddie Capel introduced the Manhattan community to our new CEO, Eric Clark—a bold leader with a clear strategy for growth. After completing his first 100 days, Eric shared his vision for Manhattan’s future, emphasizing how we’re uniquely positioned to lead in one of the most dynamic and mission-critical industry. He spoke to the power of our people, our culture of innovation, and the vibrant community that inspired him to join. At the heart of this strategy: continued investment in breakthrough R&D, with a sharp focus on Agentic AI.
The Future is Now: Introducing Agentic AI and B2B Commerce Reinvented
Building on last year’s launch of Manhattan Active® Maven and Manhattan Assist, Eric underscored how agentic AI is reshaping industries and how Manhattan is doubling down with autonomous AI agents to drive the next wave of transformation.
Manhattan’s new out-of-the-box AI agents, powered by large language models (LLMs), can autonomously perform tasks, adapt to real time, and orchestrate complex workflows—freeing teams to focus on what matters most. Customers can deploy prebuilt agents like the intelligent Store Manager, Labor Optimizer, and Virtual Configuration Consultant, or build their own using Manhattan Agent FoundryTM, a powerful new platform designed for rapid agent development and deployment within our ecosystem. Our customers and partners can now create specialized agents tailored to their unique processes and preferences, drastically reduce time-to value, increase automation scalability, enhance productivity, and deliver tangible business value. This type of investment showcases how Manhattan not only provides leading supply chain commerce solutions to its customers but continually innovates and invests in the future to help brands reach new horizons together. In fact, since Momentum last year, we’ve released more than 40 enhancements focused on improving self-service experiences, increasing dynamic personalization, and giving our customers more control of the experiences they wish to deliver.
We also announced the launch of Enterprise Promise & Fulfill. The new cloud-native solution helps businesses transform their existing ERP systems with advanced B2B promising & fulfillment capabilities to maximize inventory visibility, intelligent order promising, and fulfillment optimization.

Stronger Together: Expanding Strategic Alliances
We’re taking our partnerships with Google Cloud and Shopify to the next level. All Manhattan Active® solutions will be available on Google Cloud Marketplace—giving our customers faster time to value and the ability to scale AI-driven transformation with ease. Plus, Manhattan Active Order Management is now live on the Shopify App Store, empowering enterprise retailers to boost online sales and deliver seamless, scalable fulfillment and customer service.

Success In Action: Stories That Matter
Strong partnerships are essential for successful digital transformation, and no one said it better than AJ Sutera, CTO at Duluth Trading Company. In his keynote, AJ shared how, with Manhattan Active® WMS, TMS, and Omni, Duluth navigated challenging moments by leaning on our expertise—ultimately scaling across three DCs and sixty-five stores and delivering a true omnichannel transformation and a record-breaking holiday season. That theme of unification carried throughout the day. Miles Tedder, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Pet Supplies Plus, showed how they’re breaking silos and boosting efficiency across 700+ stores and four DCs using Manhattan Active WMS, TMS, and Supply Chain Planning—creating seamless operations and better customer experiences.

Bold & Forward Looking
Oz Pearlman, world-class mentalist, wowed the crowd—reminding us that the real magic of Momentum happens in person, together. Because at the end of the day, it’s the people and the connections that truly set us apart.
Ultimately, supply chain commerce must be unified and nimble to handle uncertainly, whether it’s shifting consumer behaviors, changing tariffs, labor disruptions, or even a collapsed bridge. To stay ahead, businesses can’t rely on yesterday’s data or static averages. They need real-time intelligence and dynamic forecasting. That’s exactly what our technology delivers—built to help customers not just navigate uncertainty but thrive in it.

Momentum 2025 continues through Thursday, May 22
What’s in store for Day 2? Conversations will continue on topics that impact the world of supply chain commerce. Get inspired by keynotes from Nordstrom’s Vice President Ngoc Phan and NASA astronaut Mike Massimino, plus hear success stories from leading customers like Staples, Michael Kors, Pacsun, DHL, Foot Locker, and more.
We’re looking forward to an enlightening and empowering few days in Vegas and are excited to see the opportunities for these innovative new technologies to be adopted, implemented, and integrated in the coming months and years.
